Constructing question tags card and coin games
Take turns using the cards below to ask each other personal questions with a statement and question tag like “You live near here, don’t you?” Each question must have a different question tag, but you can use the same cards again in different combinations. If your teacher tells you to, write down the question tags as you use them to make sure that you don’t repeat.
Do the same, but first flip a coin to decide if you should use “n’t” (heads) or a positive question tag without “n’t” (tails).
Do the same, but first flip a coin to decide if you should try to get a “Yes” answer (heads) or try to get a “No” answer (tails).
