Discuss your opinions on the topics below with one or two other students, starting with topics which are easy, you have strong opinions about, etc. Don’t think about how you would write an answer yet, but do try to stick closely to answering the questions that are there.

Some people think that governments using technology to monitor people will be a good thing while others are worried about the loss of freedom that it could bring.

- banning older, more unsafe vehicles from the roads
