Lesson Plan Content:
Can you eat your house? abilities mix and match
Instructions for teachers
Staple the pages together and cut along the dotted lines so that you have a book with each page split into three parts. One student makes a crazy question that gets a “No, I can’t” answer like “Can you catch a bicycle?” and another student tries to change it into one that gets a “Yes, I can” answer like “Can you catch a baseball?” by turning one or more flaps. All the options have at least one good match and at least one crazy match.
Variation: You could also cut the pages into cards to be put together to make the same kinds of questions.
