'obliged' is a past participle and cannot, in theory, be used with 'very'. In practice, some very common past participles like 'interested' are used with 'very'. It is grammatically wrong but usage has other rules!

This sentence doesn't actually make sense. I am very surprised that the majority voted very. I don't think it's possible to be 'very' obliged is someone could help you.
