It seems on the polls that compare British and American English, the British are more in agreement. I'm American, "hasn't" here just doesn't sound right in my head (unless it's said with a British accent of course).

Maybe there is a slight bias in the polls as I am a British English speaker and may choose things where I see American usage as different from mine. I am honestly not sure. I will try to write some that divide the British speakers. ;-)

'he's' an abbreviation of 'he has' so 'hasn't' is correct unlike the usual American usage of 'doesn't'
