I am describing a person who committed crime and had to community service orders and by doing community service orders he learnt the idea of sharing is caring, and he brought sharing is caring to the community.

Does "brought sharing is caring to the community" make sense?

You need to enclose "sharing is caring" in quotation marks (or put it in italics) to make it clear that it's a recognised expression.
Note that people don't do community service orders. The order is the requirement a judge decides on that means the person has to do community service.
