[Grammar] I am looking for a book that have a lot of grammar exercises.

I am looking for a book that have a lot off grammar exercises.
I prefer it to have sentences which have gaps to fill.
I don't want it to have options a, b, c, d.
My purpose is to receive the ECCE Michigan.
Can you help me?
