Looking for a book: business maze about employee who refuses to learn English

Hi everyone... a shot in the dark, but has anyone ever come across a book which has role plays and mazes to discuss? The one I´m thinking of has one such maze where an employee called Dieter Baumann refuses to learn English after his company is bought out and students have to "choose their own adventure" and discuss his fate! For the life of me I can´t remember the name of the book or find it online...
