Can you have a look and let me know whether these dialogues are natural and casual enough to work on or whether they are just "set-up performances", scripts or any other processed forms so that English speakers will unlikely use them in casual situations?

It was too long to listen to the whole thing, but the first five minutes or so sounded perfectly natural and correct to my AmE ear.
