Do we have a plural form for must-do?

Is it must-does? Is ‘does’ pronounced same as 【dʌz】here?

Must do's.
 
Neither seems really normal to me. Even in the singular, a must-do is highly colloquial. I'd just say they are 'musts' or obligatory.
