[General] Think big, do small

I wonder if there's an English saying means more or less like this one "Think big, do small". The Chinese meaning is "You should dare to imagine to do something but when you start to do it, you need to be careful. Pay attention to details".

If you were to Google it, you would find a similar quote going around the internet (attributed to Steve Jobs on most websites), but it goes like this: "Start small, think big".

Also similar is "Think globally, act locally."
