Please advise/update on the delivery status?

Which is correct?

Also, how to request other colleagues to update third party?

Please update client on the delivery status.
Please update on the delivery status to Clint?

Which is valid? Or give me a valid sentense please.

All are valid - you just need to remove the question marks.

I think if the status is to be made known on a regular basis, "update on delivery status" is better. A request does not end with a question mark.
