Clarification on further studies

Dear All,

I completed my Bachelors of Commerce degree in 2013. I successfully completed my CELTA Certification in July 2022. I do not have any experience in teaching as of yet. I have applied for Canada PR this year. I have the following queries with regard to obtaining the PR-

1. Is CELTA accepted in Canada and WES approved?
2. What further studies must I accomplish to obtain a full-time teaching position in Canada (Bachelor, Masters's, Proficiency)? With my B. Com graduation degree in hand, is it advisable to study a 3-year B. Ed English degree again?

I am 30 years of age and recently shifted from Commerce to Arts and it's turning out to be rather difficult as I am unable to obtain any proper guidance.

CELTA is available in many places in Canada, so I would assume it is recognised there. (Not Canadian)

1. What does "Canada PR" mean?
2. What does "WES" mean?

I'm sure PR stands for permanent resident, but I've never heard of WES although my wife worked in our Immigration Department for twenty years.

@Ami Pandya If probus is right about "Canada PR", it should be either "... applied for a Canadian PR visa" (in which "PR" means "Permanent Residency" or "Permanent Resident"), or "... applied for permanent residency in Canada".

In Canada nowadays a B.Ed. is generally needed to teach any subject to children in schools, but not to teach ESL to adults.
