APPS/Programmes for improving students oral skills

Hello,
I´m currently writing my final thesis/exam paper about the possibilities of improving students oral skills with the help of apps in efl classroom.
Now I´d like to know if you guys use or have at least heard of any app or programme that might fit this purpose..
