Was Sent Or Was Send? which one is correct.

The invoice was sent to your head office on dated 26-apr-17.

Delete 'dated'' and capitalise 'Apr' to make the sentence correct.

(The date may be written in many other ways.)

Try to be clearer by saying, e.g., "sent by courier", "emailed" or "posted" instead of "sent."
