@emmamatin1 We're going to need a lot more information than that (and possibly an expert in such teaching). What age are the children? What sort of disabilities do they have? Do their disabilities affect their speech or writing? Do they suffer from physical disabilities only or do some of them have learning issues?

Note: As a native English speaker, you should already know that we don't start questions with "How to", as you wrote in your title. Please edit your title to make it grammatically correct and remove the incorrect capitalisation from "children".
