Hi Everyone
I have been teaching online classes with an advanced student which have been going really well. She has a C1 level in English and speaks really very well (she doesn't need to learn any grammar). As she asked for speaking practice, I have been focussing on helping her speak more naturally and learn idioms etc. We cover phrasal verbs, have done mock job interviews (as she will need this skill in the near future), we play games such as Articulate, and we use debate / general conversation topics. The trouble is, I feel (she hasn't said this) that the classes are getting a bit samey. I've looked for ideas online but they seem geared towards larger classes or classes in person.
If anyone has an ideas for online, one-to-one advanced classes, I'd be incredibly grateful.
