Last night, I watched an video about museums and learned some things about conservation. The reason why some sections of museums are very dim is that preventing exhibits from damage by UV light. No wonder! I used to moan about the darkness and thought they were trying to make the rooms look mystic. The video also mentioned some insects would eat the collections in museums. It reminded me of my certificates which were eaten by some bugs. The edges of my certificates are now bumpy. Fortunately, the important ones are still intact.
