1. observe/notice/watch + object + bare infinitive
2. observe/notice/watch + object + present participle
3. observe/notice/watch + object + past participle

Please write a sample sentence for #1.

Are you saying that I noticed her walked is correct?

No. Past participle here has a passive meaning.
I noticed her taken into a car.
I noticed my bag taken away by a boy.
Is the pattern incorrect if the two sentences above are wrong?

I saw her taken into a car would work better, but that it is a question of meaning, not grammar- we would generally see rather than notice a kidnapping or abduction.
