I suppose there was some sort of delay. Anyhow, I would put a period (full stop) after patience.

In my country, we call it offer, sorry!
 
Cause I'm explaining in the PFD all the details, how the company has grown. how we install and how the PV works.

I don't know why you started that sentence with "Because" (note that "Cause" is not an acceptable substitute in written English). It would be OK if someone had asked you a question that started with "Why" but no one did.
