Welcome, dona. :)
Hello all,

I hope that this email finds you well.

I am writing to inform you that Jon will not come to work for whole (all) this week. She is on vacation. Tom is on the way, and all other staff have come today.
Your email now is grammatical.
Note, however, that Jon is normally short for Jonathan (a male first name). Do you perhaps mean Joan instead?

This sounds like an internal memo of a company. The first sentence is overly formal to me.
"I am writing to inform you" could also be omitted.

Please note that I've changed your thread title, dona. Titles should contain some or all of the words or phrases you're asking about.
