    Dear Mr.Pedantic:

I was looking at the idiom "A rolling stone gathers no moss," and I question the meaning provided. Doesn't that expression refer to the idea that a person moving from one job to another or from one location to another is not likely to become successful (as in accumulating a fortune (moss/money)? Don't you think this might be reconsidered? I do love this site, and I also have always enjoyed the idioms of our language.
    Thanks
By the way , do you chat on msn, if you do do you mind my adding you to my msn? Mine is automoonever@hotmail.com
