This is an evaluation of a 46- year-old woman, weighing 160 pounds, standing at 5 ft 3 inches. She is post-menopausal, small stature, and has a family history of osteoporosis. Current therapy includes regular weight-barring exercises, calcium supplementation, vitamin D, and hormonal replacement therapy. The lumbar images are of good quality. The patient has normal bone mass. Regular testing is not necessary for the next five years, if she continues with the above treatment program. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have additional questions about this evaluation.

Looks OK to me, but I'm not familiar with the term "weight-barring"

The lumbar images are of good quality.

This sounds like evaluation/assessment of the quality of the images rather than the person or her bones

not a teacher

Yes, it does.

"lumbar images" would be x-ray or MRI views that could allow assessment of bone deformities, abnormalities etc.

Weight-bearing exercises.
