Thanks for your useful post re learning styles questionnaires - using them as language practice is a good way around it and at least we can feel that the students are getting something from the exercise.
On a different issue, I also wanted to sincerely thank you for the invaluable advice you gave in your article entitled "The Article Man". Inspired by this advice, I'm currently in the middle of writing my first article (we'll see whether it's publishable or not once it's done!). Your advice gave me a way into the field that I hadn't thought of before, and will hopefully lead to more work at a later date.
