What are the words he says at 6:03; how to be sick. Would you respect...?

"That'd be sick." Here, "sick" is used with its slang definition, meaning "cool" or "excellent".

Does he pronounce that in the way that /æ/ is realised as [a] (given that in modern RP the vowel has shifted to [a])? In addition, it appears that the last t is a full stop or is not released so that I can hardly hear it. I hear the whole contraction that'd as ðaid or ðaəd. Or even ad (be sick)

I'm stuck in understanding his pronunciation. Do you agree that the host pronounces that'd like ða?id where ?-glottal stop and /æ/ is realised as [a]?

I don't think he pronounces a glottal stop. He certainly doesn't pronounce a final /d/, and I'm not even convinced he uses a consonant at the beginning. Turn the volume right up, slow playback down to 25%, and you'll hear it much more clearly.

Remember that you don't need to hear every sound of a word in order to understand it. The fact that you didn't understand what he said was not so much a result of you not hearing any particular words rather than you being unfamiliar with the phrase 'That would be sick'.
