Hwo do you do? I'm japanese, please tell me the meaning of the idiom.
my firend recieved e-mail from English, and it was written that "here can't stand looking at people's knees."
I understand "can't stand looking at" means but why is he trying to look at people's knee?

You (or your friend) will have to ask the author of the email that. We can't guess. Note, though, that the message doesn't suggest that he's trying to look at people's knees.

No. As far as I can tell, he doesn't want to look at their knees --:not people in general. So he wouldn't look down. He'd be more likely to see them.

Ol' Mi-Ma is a character of the game "Oxygen Not Included".
She is a avatar called "Duplicant" that is tiny.
I have not play this game, but perhaps the sentence means she feels bad because she is tiny.
Not about some expression of idiom, but may be it is expression of the charactor in the world of the game.
