Present Simple Job Interview Roleplay Game
A LESSON PLAN FOR ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHERS
Students try to find out what good or bad aspects their partner has on their roleplay card, all written with Present Simple for routines/ habits and general facts.

Present Simple job interviews problem roleplays
Choose one or more of the roleplay cards below (following what your teacher tells you). Don’t show the card(s) to anyone else, but tell them if it is related to a potential job, being a potential boyfriend/ girlfriend, being the politician that they could vote for, or being a potential housemate. They will ask questions to find out if you are good or not for that position. You can’t lie about the things written on your roleplay cards, but you can try and not answer difficult questions. When they ask you about things not related to your roleplay card, your answers can be true about you, just made up, or a mix of the two. When they have no more questions, they will say whether they will give you the position or not. Then show them what is written on your card(s).
