What will the examiner say when you first enter the room and what do you have to do?

Part One

1. In Part 1 you will be asked some personal questions. What kind of topics could you be asked questions about? Which are the most common topics?
2. What different kinds of questions will you be asked about each topic?
3. Part One ends four minutes after you enter the room. In that time, how many topics will you usually be asked about? How many questions on each topic?
4. What is a good answer to a question? What happens if you give a short answer?

Part Two

7. In Part 2 you are given a sheet with a topic and four questions that you have to speak about (a kind of mini-presentation). What are the minimum and maximum amounts of time you must speak for?

10. How much time do you have to prepare before you start speaking in Part 2?

Part Three

12. In Part 3 you are asked questions again but it is more challenging than the earlier parts of the exam. How is it different from Part 1?
