Senses vocabulary list dictation

Game for vocabulary related to sight, hearing, smell, touch and taste
Lesson Plan Content:
Listen to some words related to one of your five senses and guess which sense all the words are related to when you think you know, by shouting out one of:
- sight
- sound
- taste
- smell
- touch
You will get one point if you are the first person to guess correctly, but lose one point if your guess is wrong. The game will then start again with a fresh list. Some of the words could relate to more than one sense, in which case you can either take a chance and guess or wait until you are sure. You must guess the sense that your partner or teacher intended, even when other senses could also be correct.
Ask about any words below which you don’t understand, think could be in another column, etc.
If you haven’t yet, play the same game in groups.
Brainstorm suitable words related to each of the five senses. You get one point for anything on these lists, and five points for anything not on these lists that is also suitable (including any which can go in more columns than they are in below).
